Latitude vs Humidity

The plot shows the cities humidity in relation to the latitude. Common sence expects the highest humidity in the tropics. The tropics are located between about 20 degrees north and 20 degrees south of the equator.

The plot doesn't really show that the highest humidity is between -20 and 20 degrees latitude. It does show that along the equator there are no points with a humidity lower than 60%.
